I have no idea what this could mean, but since he points at bao'er, does it have something to do with her not being a real intern? I don't see how he could have gotten that from the enemy having a lot of magic devices, which is what spurred him to have this little spiel to begin with. Nor can I see how that sentence even implies it.

Is he actually saying something like "This is the point where an unknown party can infiltrate"? Or something like that? At face value he seems to be just explaining headquarters and interns then suddenly points at bao'er for no reason with no meaning whatsoever in the sentence.
